Mozzarella di Bufala- fresh buffalo milk mozzarella, vine ripe tomato, basil

Clamari Agliati- grilled marinatd tender calamri

Melanzane a Barchetta- roasted baby eggplant, fresh ricotta, fresh mozzarella, plum tomato sauce  

2^nd Course: Choice of:

Wine: Jermann Pinot Grigio (dry, delicate, overtones of pear and almonds)

Pacchari al Ragu- (large rigatoni) meatballs, sausage, tomato ragu

Risotto con Calamari- calamari, peas, wine, spicy pomodoro

Spaghetti alla Puttanesca– garlic, onions, basil, capers, gaeta olives, stewed plum tomatoes

Braciola- braised veal rollatini, prosciutto, fontina, pignoli, garlic, with saffron risotto
