Wine: Bosco Albano Pinot Grigio (light, complex, floral signs, fruity)

Pasta e Fagioli- prosciutto, white beans, tomato, broth, pasta 

Carpaccio- thinly sliced raw beef over a bed of arugala with capers and shaved parmesan cheese

Calamari Grigliati- grilled marinated calamari with a cucumber, red onion, kidney bean salad

Asparagi al Forno- baked asparagus with aged parmesan cheese

2^nd Course: Choice of:

Wine: Ruffino Tan Label Chianti Classico Riserra (medium body, Spicy hint, floral bouquet)

Scialatielli con Carciofi- fresh fettucine-like pasta, artichokes, pesto sauce

Linguine al Nero di Seppia- squid ink linguine, calamari, crabmeat, baby shrimp, spicy pomodoro

Bigoli Amatriciana– bucatini pasta, pancetta, onions, basil, stewed plum tomatoes

3^rd Course: Choice of:

Banfi Rosso Di Montalcino– (smooth, deep berry fruit, rich, red wine) 

Scampi alla Veneziana- grilled marinated shrimp, broccoli rabe, gaeta olives, olive oil-lemon

Brasato all’ Amarone- braised beef with Amarone, risotto with peas and parmesan cheese  

Galleto all’ Ubriaco- roasted cornish hen, garlic, rosemary, white wine, with bacon & onion roast potatoes

Luccio Marechiaro– risotto with halibut, clams, mussels, baby shrimp, white wine-tomato broth
